Team Coaching and Development

There are times when teams need to break through to the next level.  Through team coaching and development we develop a strategy of training, coaching and support that allows the team to take the next steps needed for deep change to occur.

The Coach assesses the current state of a team, and helps them to identify a compelling future state that creates energy for change.  Together, the team and the Coach set the scope of the coaching program.

Through regular “Team Coaching Sessions” (usually one a month) team members learn together and try new behaviors, processes and practices.

Between the team coaching meetings, all members engage in practices and homework to apply their learning to the “real world of work.” The Coach facilitates team meetings to debrief their experience and helps to plan ways to embed the Future State.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

Resonate now offers three distinct Coaching packages for leadership coaching.

Intensive Pathways to Transformational Leadership Coaching Package (12 months)

You may consider this program if you fit one or more of the following:

  • You want to shift your style of leadership to become more natural and effective
  • You have launched a new business or endeavor and look to develop key traits, skills and habits to make you successful and sustainable
  • You want to make major, lasting life and work change to how your approach leadership, relationships and your work.

Includes:

  • Introduction meeting to determine coaching focus, assess and ask questions
  • Personal 360 degree assessment  (optional)
  • Input from immediate supervisor and/or 4 others (optional)
  • Customized Pathways to Transformational Leadership Coaching Program (3-4 goals)
  • One-hour  meetings with myself every other week (in person or over the internet)
  • Coach provides email support between meetings
  • Includes customized “Focus Practices” after each coaching session to allow for integration into work and life
  • Wrap Up meeting
  • Joint reporting to supervisor (optional)

Pathways to Transformational Leadership Coaching Package (6 months)

You may consider this program if you fit one or more of the following:

  • You want to adjust and improve your leadership style in few areas where you struggle
  • You want to find a sustainable answer to developing a life-work balance that fosters deep habits and results in a change in the quality of your life
  • You want to gain clarity on your career path and your future direction that incorporates your passion, purpose and identity

  • Personal 360 degree assessment  (optional)
  • Input from immediate supervisor and/or 4 others (optional)
  • Customized Pathways to Transformational Leadership Coaching Program (2-3 goals)
  • One-hour  meetings with myself every other week (in person or over the internet)
  • Coach provides email support between meetings
  • Includes customized “Focus Practices” after each coaching session to allow for integration into work and life
  • Wrap Up meeting
  • Joint reporting to supervisor (optional)

Pathways to Skill Coaching Module (2-3 months)

  • Time Management 101:  How do I spend my time and energy on the things that make the most difference?  What do I need to say no to?

Do your leadership skills need to be refreshed?

  • Managing Conflicts and Disagreements:  Do you need tools to effectively engage employee conflicts?
  • Constructive Employee Feedback:  Do you have a hard time giving constructive feedback?  Are you too harsh and critical of others?

Do you need team building skills?

  • Team Development and Team Problems:  Do you find your team to be exhausted and constantly running in circles?  Do you have team communication problems?
  • Setting Strategic Direction:  How do I set strategic direction and goals for myself, my team and my business?
