I am the Director of Resonate Consulting and Leadership Development. I am a facilitator, trainer, leadership coach and strategy consultant who supports collaboration to create social and organizational systems change and collective impact. I am passionate about collaboration, participatory leadership and seeing collective wisdom and action emerge. For the past 20 years I have been working with people, teams and organizations to take the next steps of growth, change and action.

I utilize tools and practices that open a creative and collaborative space for groups to innovate, launch new ideas, form strategic/action plans and work together. I am a lover of integrating systems, frameworks and models. I am a certified in the Narrative Tradition of the Enneagram. I use the Enneagram to coach leaders in their personal and leadership development.

What I believe in and who I am are supported by a tangle of loves, passions and dreams.  These loves, passions and dreams center around a belief that it is through the simple exchange of what is passionate and real in us that brings about authentic conversations, true presence and sustainable action.

As Einstein said, ““You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.”  We need new ways of thinking and interacting but these new thoughts must come from this mess we call humanity.

I am a son, brother, father, husband and friend.  It is these real life relationships that keep me grounded and my feet in the fire of relationships that continues to teach me what love, trust and openness are. In my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling and chasing the sun.
